Payment
Payment is due at the end of each treatment.
If you have extended medical coverage, receipts will be issued so that you can follow up with your insurance provider for reimbursement.
Payment methods include – Cash, Debit, Visa or MasterCard
Cancellation Policy
24 hour’s notice is required for cancellation of your appointment. Please be aware that if the office is not notified of a cancellation within the 24 hours, you will be charged half of the appointment fee. Thank you for your consideration.
Herb Return Policy
Herbal formulas are individualized and therefore we cannot accept herbal returns.
Treatments and packages are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
Gift Certificates are available upon request.
